After completing his MBA degree from the University of Southern California in 2000, James earned his real estate license and began his career as a mortgage broker, where established a stellar reputation in the industry for his honesty, integrity, and intense work ethic. He opened a real estate brokerage in Redondo Beach to serve his clients' mortgage and real estate needs. After several years of success in Southern California, James moved to Arizona to build a portfolio of rental homes, gaining valuable experience in investing, construction, and property management.

James uses his experience and extensive market contacts to help his clients buy, sell, and invest in property. His extensive knowledge of Souther California and Phoenix’s diverse neighborhoods allows him to find his clients their perfect home in a community that matches their lifestyle. His genuine interest in homes, construction and education including Feng Shui assists him in creating a smooth and successful closing for his clients selling their home.

Although he now lives in Southern California and runs his own brokerage there he continues to assist clients in the Phoenix area as well.
